Make use of this scrub 3times a week and concentrate more on your leg when you use it to scrub your leg

Scrub your leg for 5min and let it sit on your skin for 3min then wash off

If you are going the sun, make sure you add your sunscreen and if at home apply a very good skin moisturizer
